As the holidays approach, we’re settling into the Christmas spirit and wrapping presents under the tree. We decided to try a different wrapping style this year, using brown craft paper, satin ribbon, twine, and fresh festive greenery from the flower market. They’re also great materials for making wreaths at home!

For the harder to fold gifts, it’s fun to shape into candy with twisted ends and twine. For more festive colors, you can easily find red and white or green and white twine from a craft store or Amazon:

We found the perfect, mini Christmas tree from Delancey’s. Over the years, we’ve collected little felt ornaments from different places, though several are from Crate & Barrel. We’ve reused the string of fairy lights from our wedding and surrounded the tree base with a natural linen cloth.
