A Mini Fall Cheesecake

After a quiet early morning sipping tea and working on some embroidery, I headed out to B Patisserie with my husband (still getting used to saying that hehe) for a bit of breakfast. We found the cutest mini pumpkin spice cheesecake with multiple tiers inside. It was super fluffy and pleasantly light:

It's been a sweet week with multiple pastries at home and in the office. I've had donuts, Indian sweets for Diwali, a poached pear pastry, homemade chocolate muffins coated generously with frosting, homemade apple tarts, and more that I'm a little self conscious to admit to. 

It's hard to resist, especially when your husband surprises at work with fresh Mr. Holmes Cruffins!
